Meet the Administrators Casey Williams, Director Casey is Harding University graduate with a B.S. in Education/Speech Pathology. She has worked for the Arlington and Conroe Independent School Districts, specializing in evaluating and serving young children with academic and developmental delays. As a member of several curriculum formation teams that helped set academic standards for young children, she was also able to gain extensive knowledge of how young children learn and what kind of educational experience they need to be successful young people. She met her husband Darren at Harding, and they have been married for 13 years. They have three children: Cooper, 7; Avery, 6; and Parker, 4. They have been members at Grace Crossing (formerly Spring Woodlands Church of Christ) for eight years. She taught at Spring-Woodlands Christian School, has been active in Women's Ministry, and sings on the GC4 Praise Team.  One of the great joys of her life has been to be able to stay home with her three children while they were little.  However, she knows this is not possible for all families and is passionate about providing an academically rich Christian  environment for all children---especially those young children whose parents need to work. __________________________________ Kelly Porter, Associate Director Since graduating from Pepperdine University with a degree in English and an emphasis in education, Kelly has worked nine years in education in both the private and public sectors, including Northland Christian School and Kaplan Test Prep. She has spent the last five years teaching English at Cy-Fair High School. Kelly believes God has used each experience to prepare her for her role here at Grace Crossing Academy. As someone with extensive knowledge of middle-school and high-school curriculum, she brings a unique academic focus to GCA. She is committed to ensuring each child at GCA receives a solid foundation for his/her future education. Kelly met her husband Ben at Pepperdine, and they will celebrate their eighth anniversary this year.
