UniformsOur PhilosophyWe at Grace Crossing Academy believe uniforms provide a variety of benefits. In addition to promoting community spirit, uniforms promote safety and discipline on our campus and help students and faculty maintain focus on spirituality and academics. All children ages three and older are required to wear a uniform (solid-colored dark green, dark navy, or white polo shirt and solid-colored blue or khaki shorts/pants/skirt) during the regular school year. Parents of children in the three and five-day programs must also purchase a formal uniform from the Parker Uniform store. These required, formal uniforms are for our all-school chapel on Wednesday but may be worn on any additional day of the week. They include plaid shirts for the boys and plaid jumpers or skorts with a white blouse for the girls. For safety purposes, all children are required to wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes every day. Slip-ons and mules (including but not limited to Crocs) are prohibited. Children will need a full-size backpack to transport lunches, artwork, and other necessary items. Parker UniformsOur casual uniform and formal uniform may be purchased from Parker School Uniforms. Parker provides shoes, backpacks, and other accessories, but these are not required. For more information, contact our office or follow the directions below: 1) Go to www.parkersu.com. **Girls may purchase both khaki and navy blue shorts for the casual uniform. These shorts are different than the "modesty" shorts that should be purchased with the formal jumper. If you have trouble purchasing these online, order them through the boys' link. Used UniformsWe sell used uniforms at the end of each school year when available.
